  •    Clean gutters and downspouts. 

  •    Inspect roof and chimney for cracks and damage.

  •    Inspect exterior paint for problems look for signs of insect problems wood bees,            carpenter ants and termites.

  • Test smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

  • If your basement has a sump pump, test it for proper operation

  • Walk around your home's exterior and slide open crawl space vents at the foundation and check for plumbing leaks or excessive moisture.

  • Remove lint from dryer exhaust vent

  • Uncover central air conditioner and install window air conditioners.

  • Clean interior and exterior coils, inspect and run A/C system(s)

  • Change HVAC filters

  • Lubricate door locks

  • Give a written estimate for any issues needing attention

 

  

 

 

                                                                                         FALL MAINTENANCE

  • Change or clean heating, ventilating and air conditioning filters.

  • Inspect furnace for cracks and run unit  insuring proper operation

  • Clean refrigerator coils.

  • Maintain clean drains (No toxic or harmful chemicals used) 100% safe for your pipes and septic system if applicable and effective

  • Drain and flush water heater.

  • Walk around your home's exterior and slide closed crawl space vents at the foundation and check for plumbing leaks or excessive moisture

  • Close and open all water supply valves to insure proper operation You don’t want one of these to fail when water is spewing out onto your floor

  • Lubricate garage door rollers and pivot joints. Lubricate door opener

  • Give a written estimate for any issues needing attention

Below is a list if services we preform on are basic maintenance package. 

Package pricing is per visit and due at time of service. Additionally preventative maintenance customers receive up to 25% off any repairs or services and no after hours charges. So if your HVAC quits or water heater burst at 2 am you'll know who's coming in your home and it won't cost extra.

 

Spring service performed Feb15 through Mar.15

cost of this service is $400 plus $1 per foot of guttering over 200 ft (average home has approx 150 ft of guttering)

this is a 50% savings over the cost to preform services individually

 

Fall service preformed Nov.1 through Dec.1

cost of this service is $200

Again a 50% savings over cost to do individually
