I've been in the home construction. maintenance or remodeling business most of my adult life.  The last couple years have been focused on handyman services and preventative maintenance. In the past I have taken on projects as large as a two and one half yrs. complete remodel of a 32 unit townhome community in Claremore. How many people do you know who go to sell and the realtor informs them they really need to invest several thousand dollars to bring there property up to the markets potential value and what buyers expect or just to pass a buyer's inspection? Just the basic preventative maintenance package I offer will save you 20-30  percent of its cost in energy saving alone. little things like cleaning the coils of your refrigerators yearly will make it run more efficiently which will lower your electric bill and extend the life of the appliance.
